The reason might be:

1. Your team owner insert the incorrect SSO (Single Sign On) setup info on https://my.splashtop.com.

2. You use an account to log in identity provider portal, which is different from the one used to log in the app.

3. You didn't log in the Identity Provider portal in 10 minutes.
